Well, not exactly the 1st, but it's the 1st time we weren't able to do ANY window-shopping after lunch. Reason? 90% of the shops in Chinatown are closed! That includes the Hong Lim market where we always tabao our food. Talks about a downturn in the economy ... *SHRUG*
Nonetheless, Val & I busied ourselves in collecting brochures from various travel agencies that were opened. Though we were still unable to get the pricing for our planned Bangkok trip in August. Nor for my Italy trip in May ... *POUT*
