Tried requesting for my Transcript online on Monday. Called them up & the person in-charge told me it usally take 4 working days to get my transcript. After which, it will depend on the mailing time.
I was required to send my NRIC images as verification if I wanted my Transcript mailed to my house. Did that promptly. Also received an email notification (auto-reply) that they have received my request online & gave me a transaction number.
Tuesday, Registra replied. Told me that they couldn't find my transcript request online! That left me very puzzled. Inquired again by forwarding the email with my transaction number.
Wednesday, Registra replied again. This time, they told me they are processing my request and waiting for my NRIC images for verification. WTF?! No choice, had to forward my NRIC again.
