Thought the problem will end after I've change laptop, but it didn't. Problem could only be solved by changing my domain password on another computer, AGAIN. They've told me something interesting though. My last login to the domain was 04 Sept, which was on the same day as the CA patches came in!
By right, the CA patches should just work like normal windows update. But I am suspecting that it's also resetting some of my registry, resulting in some corruptions. Seriously couldn't think of a better explanation =.=
And the most sickening part is, after they create a new user profile for me, my chrome doesn't work anymore!!! >_<
