Shenton Medical certainly didn't make this experience an enjoyable one for me.
Called up yesterday to inquire if I need an appointment. Was told that they only accept walk-in. At the same time, told me not to go down that day as they have too many patients. -_-'''
My letter stated that I can go from 2-5pm for afternoon session. Hence, just called them again to enquire if I can still go down. Was told that eventhough they close at 4pm today, their lab technicians had already went off. *Speechless*
Guess I better go during the day.
