Received good news from Michelle yesterday. Their accounts has finally approved my ETC void & refund. However, for recording purpose, they are sending me a cheque, and needed me to return the USB Stick 1st. Insisted that I will only return the stuff upon receiving my refund + receipt of acknowledgment. Hence, requested for the cheque to be sent to the AMK dealer.
My request was granted after Michelle had verified with her side. But it would take a few days before my cheque will arrived.
Just got a call from Michelle again, telling me that in order to speed things up, they decided to give me cash refund instead -_-''''
