Guess it's quite standard procedure for HR & Competency Head to "communicate" with me after resignation. HR sounded helpful & co-operative for my exit. Both parties were happy that I've found a perm, with an increment, and supposedly a job with better prospect. Anyway, no one is indispensable in any company. Oh well ...
