Guess I was a little anxious, and called M1 again to check out when I could start using my new M1 line. This time, I received a more explicit answer. "It takes 5-working days to update a corporate individual to our Database, and another 7-working days for the number-retention to be activated" Such was the polite reply the serving CS officer. So effectively, it takes 12 working days to do 2 update query (SQL).
Talk about efficiency. =.=
