Decided to wear long sleeve today, since someone said it's suppose to be a rainy day, in fact, would be a thunderstorm! There's no signs of rain clouds when I stepped out of the hotel room. In fact, it seems to be a cloudless & sunny day!
Had a brisk tour with the local guide around the PONTE VECCHIO. Finally saw the Must-See Statue of David, but only the replica. The real one is preserved somewhere which cost an entrance fee. But to me, the replica seemed good enough. The details were great, with veins and all.
There's actually a more expensive statue than that of "David" nearby. It's made of copper, and what made it expensive was the process. Notice that Artists in general liked to carve their face somewhere in their masterpieces.
